By using Vocify (vocify.pro), the studio or the API, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vocify turns text into AI-generated speech. Voices are synthetic. We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for activity on your account and API key. Keep your key private.
We may suspend accounts or keys that break these terms or put the service at risk.

Tokens and payments

1 token is used for each character of text that is turned into speech. Tokens do not expire.
Prices are shown on the Buy Tokens page. Payments are made in USDT through Binance and are credited after the payment is confirmed.
Tokens are a digital product. Used tokens are not refundable. If a payment problem happens, contact us and we will help.

Acceptable use

You must not use Vocify to:

impersonate a real person, or create content meant to deceive, defraud or harass anyone;
create illegal, hateful or sexually explicit content involving minors;
break the law or the rights of others, including copyright and privacy;
overload, attack or resell access to the service without permission.

Your content

You keep the rights to the text you submit. You may use the audio you generate for personal and commercial projects, as long as you follow these terms. You are responsible for how you use it.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the new terms.
