Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Vocify ("we", "us", vocify.pro) collects when you use the website and API, and how it is used.
What we collect
- Account details: when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We do not receive your Google password.
- Text you submit: the text, subtitles and settings you send so we can turn them into speech.
- Generated files: audio and subtitle files you make while signed in are kept in your library (History) for 7 days, so you can play or download them again from any device; you can delete any file sooner. Files made without signing in are kept for up to 24 hours. After that they are deleted automatically.
- Usage and payments: characters used, request times, order amounts, payment method and transaction IDs, and an optional email or WhatsApp number you give at checkout.
- Technical data: your IP address, used to prevent abuse and count visits (without cookies).
How we use it
- To create speech, keep your token balance, confirm payments and provide support.
- To protect the service from abuse and to keep basic usage statistics.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use your text to train AI models.
Storage in your browser
The studio saves your settings, recent generations and your API key in your own browser (local storage). You can clear them at any time from your browser settings or by signing out.
Service providers
We use trusted providers to run the service, for example Cloudflare (hosting and security), Google (sign-in) and Binance (payments). They process data only as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your account and related data at any time by contacting us. Some payment records may be kept where the law requires it.
